Welcome to this website, a unique product of the collaboration between the municipality of Lingewaard and that of Mizil, our partner city. Unbelievable that we know each other only for a bit more then a year, and we are already meeting on the digital highway!

I hope this website will provide a platform to exchange knowledge and experiences, to share ideas for projects and so on. Mizil has done it’s best to facilitate this in the best way possible.

Whenever you will enter this site, at random or not, you will be welcomed by a world of real friendship, with the aim of killing the loneliness and enable you to become useful and a better person for all the people around us.

We are not a couple of lovers, we are not a sect or a literature club.

We come from two cities of Europe which joined together, not by European bodies’ instructions, but following our souls motivations and our traditions, that are so similar in many ways.

We want to surpress times of ignorance and thousands of kilometers that conventionally separate us, in order to gift each other the understanding and the desire to be closer, understand our history, fight the problems of present, and share the vision of future.

We will learn from each other about helplessness, virtues, love and smile, meaning all that life can offer through all ages!

We, both people of Lingewaard and Mizil, are proud over our biggest achievement: WE ARE FRIENDS!
